Shipping & Handling Charges
We have a strong passion for our craft, and so do the artists whom we source from. Each piece, whether it is a marquee or a greeting card, is made with love and therefore, takes time. While we strive to ship in-stock orders within 48 hours, some products might not be available immediately as they may be out of stock or custom orders. Delivery timeframes for out of stock and custom orders can take between 2 to 6 weeks as indicated in the product description. We ask for your patience while we complete your order and promise to keep you informed as to its expected delivery timeframe.
As you may know, we are a very young company and still have lots to learn. We are keeping our reach within North America for now. Shipping to the Rest of the World is currently not offered.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. We accept returns within 30 days in its original packaging and condition, and accompanied by the original order number or receipt.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment upon receipt, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card and mailed to your billing address.
Personalized orders including custom marquees are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return of products after 30 days of original purchase are not accepted.
If you would like to exchange for a different product, please follow the same return instructions below and indicate on the back of the packing list the type of exchange you’d like to make. You will be charged a new shipping fee for the new product. The exchange value is equivalent to the current selling price at time of exchange.
How to Return Your Items
We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs. We advise you to visit your nearest post office for the return of your merchandise. Please make returns to: 303 South Park Road Thornhill ON L3T 0B9. Please note that Pulp Function is not responsible for returns that are not received.
