RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are passionate about our craft and we wish that every single piece we make goes to a lovely home.  Should you not be happy with your purchase or would like to explore other options, we would be happy to accept returns within 30 days in its original packaging and condition, and accompanied by the original order number or receipt.

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment upon receipt, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing.  It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.  Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card and mailed to your billing address.

Personalized orders including custom marquees are not returnable.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Return of products after 30 days of original purchase are not accepted.

If you would like to exchange for a different product, please follow the same return instructions below and indicate on the back of the packing list the type of exchange you’d like to make.  You will be charged a new shipping fee for the new product.  The exchange value is equivalent to the current selling price at time of exchange.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs.  We advise you to visit your nearest post office for the return and obtain tracking information for your shipment.  Please make returns to: 303 South Park Road Thornhill ON L3T 0B9.  Please note that Pulp Function is not responsible for returns that are not received.
